Day Ranch is a 487-unit Woodside Homes townhouse community in the Independence neighborhood of Bluffdale, UT. The first closing was in 2019 with the final sale in 2024.

The City of Bluffdale has a large grassy rectangle (detention basin) in the heart of the community which is a great place to walk your pets. They have provided plenty of dog stations, so please pick up!
Parks!
Right across the street is Day Ranch Park! Also look for Bluffdale Skate Park and a dog park close by.
Nearby Schools
Mountain Point Elementary, Kings Peak High School and Hidden Valley Middle School border our community.

Visit our tot lot between Reins Way and Tack Way in Phase 1 of the Day Ranch community.
